Be Happy....

Good morning!

Today I'm sharing a fun project I did

using a bunch of different stencils and paint.....

This was done on mdf board.

I added some book text and layered a bit of gesso,

then came the stencil fun!

Once my background was done 

I added a couple pieces of ephemera that I had,

added the heart using an old piece of 

Basic Grey patterned paper 

and the "Be Happy" quote came from a piece of printed tissue paper.

The butterfly...

I have these old acetate die-cut pieces from K&Company that I never know what to do with so I thought why not try adhering it with some matte medium and see what happens and it worked pretty well!

I finished with some white paint spatters and doodling.
